• Coordinate and attend inspections, walk-through and final settlement.
  
  
• Contact you, your lender, closing company and insurance agent on a regular basis to make sure you close on time
  
  
• Provide free advice after your closing in regards to maintenance, reliable servicemen and guidance in refinancing if rates drop or if you need to pull cash out of your property for renovation, tuitions, etc
  
  
• Connect with Tommy’s extensive network to give you leads on properties before they are available in the active market
